STOLEN DANCE is a short film produced by Translucent Bodies, supported by the National Arts Council through the Digital Performance Grant, and is part of the #SGCultureAnywhere campaign.
Originally a poem by Venezia May, Stolen Dance is a collaboration between five artists who specialise in poetry, dance, film and theatre. This short film is a response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
This project was a creative experiment and an attempt to deconstruct traditional hierarchies within art-making.
