ACTING FOR REALISM is a 3-week workshop conducted by Translucent Bodies.

Inspired by Rahul Serrano, a director and pedagogue from Argentina, this intensive course has over 45 hours of contact time.

While this course consists of table work, actioning and character study, theoretical discussion, theatre visits and film analysis, we primarily engage with Stanislavski’s Method of Physical Action to investigate these methods.

We prioritise giving each participant the opportunity to experience a rich and deep inner life through the rehearsal process and rigorous moment-to-moment acting.
