EAT PLAY is a theatre for young audience performance, inspired by theatrical red nose clowning. It’s about two cooks and their silly antics in the kitchen of a Michelin Star restaurant.
Chef Pierre, the talented but impatient head chef, tries to teach his young and playful apprentice Louie how to cook, serve and present Michelin-star quality food. The show deals with themes of conflict management, playing with food and food waste.
This work was part of the Groundbreakers Programme (2023–2024) and combined clowning techniques, physical theatre and performance for young audiences.
